We monitor the situation closely and evolve solutions from time to time to focus on the health and safety of our guests, employees and associates.

COVID-19 Protocol

For us at CITIZEN HOTEL , safety and wellbeing of our guests, employees and associates is of utmost importance. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), we are closely following the guidelines from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and local health Authorities.
In these challenging times we are committed to support our valued guests and their travel plans as the situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.

We have been following strict hygiene protocols , cleanliness and sanitization plans for all our guestrooms and all other public areas . Our staff have been thoroughly trained to follow all necessary protocols as per the government guidelines for the safety of the guests and all the staff.

We at Citizen Hotel are using all Diversey Products as required to sanitise the rooms , kitchen , staff rooms and all other public areas.

Measures Taken

All guests entering the hotel are requested to co-operate with the staff to strictly comply with the covid guidelines such as thermal checks , O2 Checks ,hand sanitization and luggage sanitization etc.

Guest recent travel history is enquired and recorded.

Self Declaration Form to be obtained from guests at the time of arrival at the hotel.

It is mandatory for all the guests to download Aarogya Setu app in their mobile phones/ tabs at the time of arrival at the hotel.

All hotel vehicles go through a sanitization process after every pick-up and drop. We do not allow more than three passengers as per the prescribed rules framed by the government.

Sanitizer on all lift landings and all guest corridors and limiting the number of guests within the elevators to maximum 2 per trip.

Appropriate signage displayed in Public areas to remind guest to maintain social-distancing.

Hand sanitizers and face masks are being placed in all vehicles, rooms and public areas.

Introduction of contactless digital check-in and check-out facilities to minimize physical contact.

Preset protocols to be followed in case any guest/ staff develops COVID-19 symptoms while in hotel/premises.

All rooms being pre-sanitized as per the laid down SOP by undertaking sanitization process as per Protocols.

Restaurants are having special seating arrangement to maintain the 3 feet distance between each table. Our staff is well trained to serve food with maximum precautions .

Use of disposable and bio-degradable cutlery and crockery wherever possible.

Room Cancellation Policy (Upto 31.12.2020)

A. For Direct Bookings with hotel :
1. For Refundable Booking Cancellation – 24 hours prior notice before check –in Date/Time entire amount will be refunded. Any cancellation with notice less than 24 hours will attract retention charges equivalent to one night charge .
2. For Non-refundable Booking – Upto 2 rooms the amount will be adjusted against future booking before 31st December 2020. However the applicable rate of that day will be considered in all cases.

B. For all Online Travel Portal Bookings:
Their specific policy will be applicable.
Revised dates will be subject to availability of the rooms and the rates applicable on the revised dates will be as per the best available rate of the day being booked.
